    ZECCOAT is an environmentally friendly coating that does not contain any Chrome compound. By coating this product on zinc coating, while rust will not appear within the first 200 hours of salt spray test (SST) results. Similarly, red rust will not appear within the 1000 hours. Since the thickness of the coating is 1-2u,, it spreads evenly across the recess surface of the screws without harming its functionality. Furthermore, it can be coated easily by a simple process. This coating also has a special "self-repairing" ability, which can maintain its anti-corrosive ability even if the surface is scratched or damaged.
